Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a data bundle on Reload (reloadgh.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Reload is operated by Webb Labs LTD and is not affiliated with MTN Group Limited, Telecel Group, or AT Ghana (formerly AirtelTigo).

2. Service Description

Reload is an independent reseller of MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo Ghana data bundles. We source bundles through third-party fulfilment partners and deliver each to the matching network's subscriber numbers. We do not guarantee any specific delivery time, as fulfilment depends on third-party networks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
• Payment is processed via Paystack (MoMo / card) or Stripe (international cards).
• An order is confirmed only once payment is verified via webhook.
• Bundle delivery is typically instant but may take 1–3 hours during network delays.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that trigger fraud signals, with the eligible amount credited to your Reload wallet.

5. No-Refund Policy

If a bundle was charged but not delivered and cannot be recovered within 24 hours, the eligible amount (excluding the processing fee) is automatically credited to your Reload wallet for use on a future purchase. We do not reverse payments back to Mobile Money, card, or bank as the standard resolution. A direct reversal to the original payment method is made only where required by law, a payment network's rules, or another exceptional circumstance we determine necessary. If you paid in a currency other than Ghana Cedis, the wallet credit reflects the equivalent GH₵ price of the same bundle at our standard domestic rate, not the international price paid — your wallet always holds and pays out in GH₵. 6. Wallet

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once added to your balance. Your wallet balance is held in GH₵ and can only be used to purchase data bundles on Reload. Wallet balances are not transferable to other users. Reload does not offer customer-initiated withdrawals of wallet balance to Mobile Money, card, or bank.

7. Rewards & Gamification

XP, badges, and leaderboard rankings are for informational and promotional purposes only. They hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral or reward systems.
• Submit orders for numbers you do not own or have permission to top up.

9. Limitation of Liability

Reload is not liable for: delays caused by MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo Ghana network issues; losses arising from incorrect phone numbers entered by users; service outages at our fulfilment partners, Paystack, or Stripe; or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these terms, fraud, or abuse. You may close your account at any time (see our Account Deletion Policy).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
